Design Service: From your brief, we design and produce artwork and send you a proof. We carry out the first set of authors corrections for free and reproof. Any further corrections thereafter are chargeable at £40 per hour.

Guarantee: If you are not happy with your banner on receipt, please call us and send back the banner back to us immediately, along with a written explanation as to the problem. If you’re not happy, neither are we, and we like to make sure we eliminate any future problems. On inspection of the banner, we’ll credit funds back to your card or account. The guarantee does not apply to user error or wear and tear. Ripped graphics, broken poles, broken pole clips, torn bags are all chargeable. Spring Malfunction of the unit Is covered by a 1 year back to base guarantee. If we cant fix it, we’ll replace it and return it to you in 48 hours.

Payment: Due to the quick turn around of our service, we take credit card card payment for speed of clearance. We can also take cheque or BACs payment, but goods are only release on receipt of cleared funds. Accounts are also available on application. Please call to arrange.

Delivery: Our standard service is a 48 hour turn round from receipt of cleared funds to delivery to you. The 2 days do not include weekends or Bank Holidays. On the delivery day your banner could be delivered any when between 8.30am and 5.30pm, usually the latter for residential addresses. You must be available to sign for the consignment. If not, a note will be left and you can collect from the Depot, by arrangement with the depot, or TNT will try to deliver the next working day. We also offer a ‘Super Express’ next day delivery. Orders must be placed by 1pm. This is chargeable at an extra £60. Pre 10.30 or Pre 12 delivery are also available to mainland UK at an extra £20 per delivery. This service is not available to national exhibition arenas.
